We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators with Fine Grade/GPS Dozer experience. Must be reliable and have reliable transportation as the role will take place at various sites throughout the greater Charleston, SC area.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various dozer equipment, focusing on finish grading and leveling tasks. Utilize GPS technology (Trimble/Topcon) for precise grading and excavation. Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and project specifications. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment. Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols. Assist with other construction-related tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Finish Dozer Operator, with a strong focus on precision grading. Proficiency in operating dozer equipment of various sizes and models. Familiarity with GPS technology for accurate grading Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus. Relevant certifications and licenses are highly desirable.
