Chester, SC 29706 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, including loaders and other equipment, to assist in various construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction site operations and the ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials on construction sites. Perform utility locating tasks to ensure safe digging practices. Assist with grading, paving, and building operations as needed. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically loader operation. Familiarity with dump trucks, backhoes, graders, and bulldozers is highly desirable. Knowledge of construction site practices and safety protocols. Ability to perform utility locating tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads as required.
