Power Labor is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators tojoin our team in Columbia, NC. This role requires hands-onoperation of machinery including bulldozers and excavators onactive construction sites. Candidates must have at least 3+ yearsof experience and a strong safety mindset. Key Responsibilities:

Operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and othermachinery for tasks like excavation, earthmoving, and materialhandling. Must have proven experience with bulldozers and excavators. Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times. Keep a clean and hazard-free work zone. Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance. Identify mechanical issues and report them promptly. Coordinate with supervisors and crew members for smoothworkflow. Understand and follow both verbal and written instructions. Follow project plans, blueprints, and job specs. Complete tasks accurately and on schedule. Clear debris, level ground, and prep job sites. Load/unload materials using heavy equipment. Change fluids, filters, and perform minor fixes when needed. Maintain accurate logs of operations, inspections, and repairs.

Qualifications:

3+ years of verifiable experience as a Heavy EquipmentOperator. MUST have bulldozer and excavator experience. Strong knowledge of safety regulations. Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
