Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, graders, and dump trucks on construction sites. Assist with horizontal drilling and other specialized construction tasks. Maintain and inspect machinery to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members to build structures and complete projects according to specifications. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
