The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and providing excellent customer service during roadside assistance situations. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively while ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks and other vehicles to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles safely. Perform automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions before towing. Load and unload vehicles using flatbed tow trucks or other equipment. Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide timely assistance. Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle condition reports. Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any mechanical issues promptly. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. Requirements Valid Drivers License and clean driving record is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair is advantageous. Proficiency in operating flatbed tow trucks and familiarity with towing equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts professionally. Experience in load unloading procedures for various types of vehicles. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
