Jobs are not seasonal; we work all year round. Must be able to provide transportation to and from the job site. We support a drug free work environment. We offer incentives and bonuses, based on job performance. We are seeking a candidate that can handle day to day job duties and stay on task. This full-time position could lead to a supervisor position. Responsibilities Operate excavators and other equipment to perform excavation tasks on construction sites. Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with construction teams to plan and execute projects efficiently. Adhere to safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe work environment. Assist in the operation of additional equipment as needed. Report any mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions promptly. Lay steel into footers. Use small battery hand tools. Form Driveways, pads, front and back porches/patios.
