Work Hours:
M-F, 3rd-Shift=10pm-6:30am
Pay:
$16.60/hr. (Will train 2nd shift then move to 3rd) Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, STD/LTD, and more! Paid holidays & vacation after 90 days! Safe work environment. Excellent time off!
Position Summary:
The Front End Loader Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Heavy equipment will primarily be front-end loader, but on occasion, may include other pieces of equipment. The Loader Operator must also clean, maintain, and secure all equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates Front-End Loader equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life. Uses automated system to record incoming raw materials. Types in data as needed to record all deliveries. Maintains appropriate levels of all raw materials in designated locations. Operates mixing equipment. Picks correct mix to go into mill and loads accordingly. Receives trucks; dismisses trucks; records weights, manages all related tickets, paperwork, etc. Performs daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment using standardized procedures/checklists. Operates Front-End Loader moving raw materials as needed for production. Cleans heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required. Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored. Participate in routine maintenance. Comply with safety regulations (OSHA and Company) and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of heavy equipment operator experience strongly preferred. 1 years of manufacturing experience desired. Familiar with automated computer systems. Should have experience with badging/bar-coding system use. Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekend work. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. Must be able to work on high platforms as necessary.
