Asphalt Roller Operator Mid TN Constructors, Inc. 406 Santa Fe Pike, Columbia, TN 38401 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Roller Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, specifically roller machines, asphalt, and other materials on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and the ability to work effectively in a team environment to ensure project deadlines are met. Responsibilities Operate roller machines to compact various materials, ensuring proper density and surface finish. Collaborate with other equipment operators, including dump truck drivers and loaders, to facilitate smooth operations on the construction site. Conduct pre-operational checks on roller equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Participate in routine maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Requirements Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with roller machines. Familiarity with construction site procedures and safety practices.
