The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on construction or agricultural projects. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, front loaders, backhoes, and excavators to complete assigned tasks. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Includes greasing & fueling. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Skills Proficient in heavy equipment operation including bulldozers, front loaders, backhoes, and excavators. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration. Attention to detail in following safety protocols and operational guidelines.
