About the Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Mobile Power Equipment Operator to support the transport, handling, and general logistics of mobile power turbines and related equipment. This multifaceted role includes operating cranes and commercial trucks, along with assisting in warehouse operations as needed. The ideal candidate brings experience in heavy equipment operation, transportation logistics, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Essential Functions Operate Class A CDL trucks to transport mobile power turbines and auxiliary equipment between warehouse facilities and job sites. Ensure safe and secure loading, transport, and unloading of oversized/overweight components. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain accurate driving logs and documentation. Obtain necessary permits and plan routes in compliance with DOT and company regulations. Operate mobile or truck-mounted cranes to lift, move, and install turbine units and associated hardware. Read and interpret load charts, lift plans, and rigging diagrams to ensure safe and accurate crane work. Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of crane equipment. Assist with warehouse duties during downtime or between transport assignments. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, organize, and stage turbine components. Support receiving, inventory management, and preparation of outbound shipments. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Key Skills and Qualifications Exceptional communicator

Current NCCCO (or equivalent) Crane Operator Certification. Forklift experience (certification preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trucking, crane operation, and/or industrial equipment handling. Strong understanding of DOT regulations, rigging safety, and warehouse operations. Experience working with mobile power turbines or generator systems. OSHA 10/30 and forklift certification. TWIC card or ability to obtain one. Experience with basic mechanical, rigging, or assembly work a plus. Ability to work both in the field and warehouse, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude. Our
