Equipment Operator Wink Construction, LLC Westmoreland, TN 37186 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery, including excavator, dump trucks, skid-steer, plus some underground utility experience. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, strives for perfectionism, and has a crew lead or foreman ambition. Required 2 years minimum experience as an equipment operator Valid Driver’s License Able to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work outside 40+ hours 2-3 References Experience Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction environment. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
