USA Job Details Description Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for safely operating a front-end loader while loading material into the concrete plant and/or dump trucks. Responsible for the preventative maintenance and general care of the front-end loader. Responsible for the efficient working condition of plant equipment. Assist Plant Manager with minor servicing and maintenance. Responsible for the care, cleanliness, and condition of all on-site company assets. All other duties as assigned by Plant Manager or other members of management Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company policies and procedures.
