What You’ll Do:

Operate a dozer for grading, site prep, trench backfilling, slope work, and road building Handle fine grading with precision Use your experience to work efficiently and safely on active job sites Read and follow site plans and grade stakes Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on your machine Support the team — we’re all in this together

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience operating a dozer on heavy civil construction sites Confidence in your skills and pride in your work Familiarity with GPS systems A strong work ethic, reliability, and safety-first mindset Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation OSHA 10 (preferred) Let’s Build Something Great – Together.
