Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction/residential painting and possess knowledge of color theory to deliver high-quality finishes.

Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes
• Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and cabinets
• Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
• Use brushes, rollers, or sprayers to apply paint
• Perform touch-ups and ensure quality control of completed work
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in basic math for measuring and calculating materials
• Knowledge of color theory for accurate color mixing
• Experience with power tools commonly used in painting projects
• Familiarity with construction painting techniques
• Ability to estimate materials needed for painting projects
• Skills in plastering, stucco application, and restoration work are a plus
