About the Job This full-time role is part of our Painting Team and supports the production and upkeep of our inventory. Your day-to-day will be rooted in routines—following color specifications, prepping materials, and ensuring each item looks pristine. You’ll be in a warehouse setting that’s both collaborative and calm—perfect for focused, hands-on work you can take ownership of. We provide all the tools and materials you’ll need, and offer training to help you succeed. PropHouse Birmingham is a creative production studio in the events and design industry. We build, custom color paint, and prepare beautiful, eye-catching props for unforgettable experiences. We’re a hands-on, quality-focused team who values precision, style, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Paint weekly PropHouse production orders with consistency and attention to detail Support repainting and touch-ups on existing inventory to keep everything event-ready Assist the Lead Painter on custom paint jobs and special event pieces Maintain spray guns, track paint supplies, and log color/product details for inventory tracking Job Details Hourly Position (Full Time)

Hours:

8:00am – 5:00pm (during the week, extended shift on the weekends) Weekend Work is required Swing off day would follow the week after working on a Saturday)
