Job Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for painting
• Apply primer and paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when necessary

Skills:

• Restoration:

  Knowledge of techniques to restore damaged or deteriorated surfaces

• Maintenance:

  Ability to maintain painted surfaces and touch up as needed

• Concrete Finishing:

  Experience in applying paint or coatings to concrete surfaces

• Fixture Installation:

  Proficiency in installing fixtures, such as light switches or outlet covers, without damaging painted surfaces

• Blueprint Reading:

  Skill in interpreting blueprints or plans to determine painting requirements

• Hand Tools:

  Familiarity with various hand tools used in painting, such as brushes, rollers, and scrapers
