Full Job Description Title:

Painter

• Commercial Division in Huntsville Area Duties include but are not limited to:
• Application of commercial paints on various substrates (spray, brush, and roll)

Hours:

Monday thru Friday, typical hours of 8 hours per day, between 7:00 AM and 3:30PM, a total of approximately 40 hours per week. Any hours over 40 would be paid at an overtime rate of 1.5 x base wage.

Benefits:

1. $22.00/hour, based on experience. 2. Year-end bonus based on company profit. 3. Nine paid holidays per year. 4. Three paid vacation days after 3 months of employment and 1 additional day per calendar to a maximum of 15 paid vacation days. 5. 2 additional ministry event days 5. 401k: 100% match up to 4%. Must be with CIP a minimum of 1-yr prior to being eligible. Sign-up would take place at the next available open season, which occurs twice a year in June and November. 6. Requirements/Knowledge:

1. Valid Driver’s License 2. Pass a Drug Screening 3. 4 years’ experience on commercial painting jobs 4. Has to be a US Citizen and be able to pass background check 5. Badge Access to Redstone Arsenal preferred. Apply at www.cipaint.com/careers
