The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role requires a blend of technical skills and creativity, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces using spray equipment. Perform minor repairs and maintenance on surfaces prior to painting. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the duration of projects. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Assist with fixture installation and remodeling projects as needed. Skills Proficiency in commercial painting techniques and applications. Experience in frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and general maintenance person skills is highly desirable. Ability to build and restore surfaces effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional results. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
