Job Description
Residential and Commercial Painting Team Lead Southington Painting Co, LLC Plantsville, CT 06479 Are you a skilled painter ready to take on a leadership role? Southington Painting is hiring a Crew Leader to supervise and support a team of 2-5 painters and apprentices on residential and commercial projects across Connecticut and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a crew of painters to deliver quality results efficiently Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized Maintain production goals and high-quality standards Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and supervisors Shop finishing experience is a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
Proven painting experience , with leadership or crew management background Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills High energy, reliable, and motivated to meet deadlines Willingness to travel for select projects (all travel expenses paid) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
