The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of painting and sheetrocking. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to work well with other team members. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and caulking as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Execute drywall repairs and finishing to ensure a smooth surface prior to painting. Work on residential painting projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as needed. Follow all safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
