Priority Apartment Painters is a nationwide opportunity for anyone with painting experience! Beginner to professional painters are encouraged to . This is an opportunity to be in business for yourself but not buy yourself. We specialize in getting rental units back on the market fast so landlords, and property management companies don’t lose money on pro-rated rent. This is a huge market and requires people who have at least basic paint experience. It can easily be a $2000 per week one-person operation. What’s required: Ability to follow instructions Transportation Internet access Phone Ability to acquire basic interior paint tools – brushes, roller handles, trays, just a small step ladder. All the painting is basic interior, typically recoating apartment walls the same color, some trim paint, and possible ceilings. It’s very basic and all training is provided! You can start part time and go full time as the units are empty and can be done on the weekends and evenings as well. You can potentially grow this into a huge business. Average earnings part time 1000- 1500 week! Full time 2500 plus per week or 120k per year just as a one-person operation.
