Overview:

Brush Masters Painting is seeking reliable, experienced Painting Subcontractors to support our growing franchise locations. We’re looking for professionals who take pride in their work, follow direction, and want consistent painting work without the headaches of chasing jobs, handling clients, or managing materials. If you’re dependable, skilled, and just want to show up and paint — we want you on our crew.

What We Offer:

Steady work on residential and light commercial projects Weekly pay: 50% of the labor cost per job completed We provide the materials, handle the customers, and manage the jobs All you need to do is show up on time, follow the system, and paint

Your Role:

Execute interior and exterior painting projects to Brush Masters’ quality standards Apply paint using airless sprayers, rollers, and brushes efficiently and cleanly Perform basic surface prep (sanding, caulking, minor patching, etc.) Maintain a neat, clean job site Wear Brush Masters-branded apparel on every job (we provide shirts/hats) Use vehicle magnets while on-site (provided by us) Maintain excellent customer conduct and follow safety protocols Communicate with our project manager as needed — you don’t handle the customer directly

Required Skills & Expectations:

Solid experience in residential and/or light commercial painting Ability to produce clean lines, smooth finishes, and quality results Reliable transportation and valid ID Must carry general liability insurance ($1M/$2M) and automobile insurance Must pass a quick onboarding with our team No smoking, drinking, or unprofessional behavior on job sites Bonus if you have: Drywall repair skills Trim or cabinet painting experience A small crew you work with regularly
