Babcock Street NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and renovation, with the ability to work on various projects. The Painter will be responsible for painting Equipment/Fleet, preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Mix paints and stains to achieve desired colors and finishes according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and scope. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution. Perform drywall installation and finishing as needed during remodeling projects. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks related to painting and renovation. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project. Requirements Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to painting tasks. Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is a plus. Familiarity with blueprint reading and understanding of construction site protocols. Strong understanding of color theory and application techniques. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on renovation projects.
