The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and maintenance, with a strong focus on painting and finishing work. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform construction painting tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes on various surfaces. Assist in trim carpentry and frame carpentry projects, including installation and restoration of fixtures. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks, including masonry work and fixture installation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members on larger projects, providing support as needed to ensure timely completion. Conduct routine maintenance tasks to uphold the quality of structures and finishes. Qualifications Proven experience in construction painting or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with trim carpentry, frame carpentry, masonry, and fixture installation is highly desirable. Ability to operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently.
