We are an established painting company that primarily focuses on apartment complexes and want commitment to quality and efficiency to set us apart from competitors. We’re seeking an experienced Apartment Painter/Contractor help us meet that goal.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior painting for apartment units.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and priming.
- Apply paints to achieve uniform and visually appealing finishes.
- Work independently, ensuring timely completion of each unit.
- Pay attention to detail to maintain high standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in apartment painting or other rental properties preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Own basic tools and equipment.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to paint 1,000+ sq.
ft. per day.
Compensation:
