This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to excellence in every task. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying caulk as needed. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Renovate and maintain existing painted surfaces to ensure longevity and aesthetic appeal. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the project duration. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site. Skills Proficient in construction painting techniques with a strong focus on detail. Experience with plastering techniques for surface preparation. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements. Familiarity with caulking methods for sealing gaps and joints effectively. Strong renovation skills to enhance existing structures through painting. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
