Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary Maintenance Technician /Painter to assist with general upkeep and curb appeal tasks at our 3-story, 300-unit condominium community. This is a temporary role expected to last 3 to 6 months, perfect for someone with basic maintenance skills looking for a hands-on project.

Responsibilities:

Perform minor interior and exterior painting Lay down mulch and assist with general landscaping needs Assist with pressure cleaning of sidewalks, patios, and building exteriors (if needed) Support other light maintenance tasks as assigned

Requirements:
