Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedPainters to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prepping, applying sealer, paint, and other finishes to exterior surfaces in commercial buildings. This role requires precision, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting (e.g., scraping, sanding, patching, cleaning) Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter using drop cloths or masking tape Inspect and maintain painting tools and equipment Work from ladders, swing stages, and lifts when necessary Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work area Collaborate with foreman to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

Proven experience with minimum 3 years Familiarity with painting tools, materials, and techniques Knowledge of safety procedures and precautions Physical stamina and dexterity to handle demanding tasks Ability to work at heights Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements:

Standing, bending, and kneeling for long periods Lifting up to 50 lbs Working in high places using ladders or swing stage scaffolding
