!! thanks for reading. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. Assist with renovation projects, including drywall installation and repair. Install fixtures such as cabinets, shelves, and trim carpentry elements. Utilize caulking techniques to seal gaps and improve finishes. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration. Requirements Proven experience in painting or general labor roles is preferred. Familiarity with renovation processes and techniques. Experience with fixture installation is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools such as brushes and rollers. Knowledge of caulking methods for sealing gaps effectively. Basic understanding of plastering techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Must have
