Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Know how to Cut and roll. Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to ensure project completion meets quality standards. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Estimate materials needed for projects and assist in planning timelines for completion. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial painting and residential painting. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
