Painters Who Are:
- Proficient in spraying, brushing, rolling, and detailed prep
- Tidy, respectful of job sites, and take initiative without babysitting
- Reliable—no call-outs, no excuses
- Team-focused and goal-oriented
- Take pride in their appearance and customer interaction
- Hungry to grow and master their craft ????
