Lead Residential Painter Testerman’s Painting Clermont, FL 34711 Description We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Lead Painter who takes pride in their work and shares our customer-first philosophy. You’ll be responsible for running a crew, training, painting interiors and exteriors of residential properties, ensuring each job is completed with care, cleanliness, and attention to detail. We value a respectful attitude, strong communication, and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. This is a role with a ton of room for growth into managing multiple crews, inventory, ordering, and estimating jobs.

Qualifications Qualifications:
5+ years of residential painting experience preferred Familiarity with painting tools and techniques (brush, roller, and spray application) A plus if you have experience in management/training. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Experience with boom lifts Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good physical condition – able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Central Florida’s Full-Service Residential & Commercial Painters Testerman’s Painting is a family-owned and operated business providing quality painting solutions to Clermont and the surrounding areas for over 20 years.
