Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or airless paint spraying equipment. Perform caulking tasks to seal joints and gaps in various structures. Work with hand tools and power tools as necessary to complete projects efficiently. Collaborate with other team members on sites to ensure timely completion of projects. Ability to work on existing and occupied buildings. Working with on-site management for scheduling. Installation of necessary protection depending upon job-site and working conditions. Preparation of substrates to include stripping and/or complete removal if required. Coating of various exterior substrates and coating systems. Installation of sealants, and replacement of sealants. Understanding products and manufacturers specifications for a variety of products. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Knowledge and ability to follow and adhere to all relevant safety protocols. Ability to identify issues and report to management as required. Ability to troubleshoot. Ability to always maintain themselves in a professional manor.
