Lead Waterproofer/Painter/Caulker Imperial Painting and Construction Fort Myers, FL 33966 Lead Waterproofer/Painter/Caulker Fort Myers, FL Position Duties & Responsibilities Ability to work on existing and occupied buildings. Working with on-site management for scheduling. Installation of necessary protection depending upon job-site and working conditions. Preparation of substrates to include stripping and/or complete removal if required. Coating of various exterior substrates and coating systems. Installation of sealants, and replacement of sealants. Understanding products and manufacturers specifications for a variety of products. Ability to read and understand product specifications and installation procedures. Ability to interpret project specifications or verbal directives from Management, Engineers or Consultants. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Knowledge and ability to follow and adhere to all relevant safety protocols. Ability to identify issues and report to management as required. Ability to troubleshoot. Ability to always maintain themselves in a professional manor. Ability to manage a team of 1 to 3 employees and execute the duties listed above, if required.
