We are a laidback company with room for growth. We need someone who is stable and reliable, who has their own vehicle, personal painting tools like brushes, putty knives and a set of painter’s whites. You must be able to work a 5-day work week, carry and climb ladders, brush and roll. You must speak basic English to understand instructions, we have various nationalities that work for us, but no exceptions, basic English is a must. We do not use company vehicles, and we do not have carpooling options because we don’t meet at the office every day, so a vehicle is not negotiable, you must have transportation to and from jobs. Hours are roughly 7:00-4:00 Monday through Friday, paychecks are given every week on Fridays, a week behind. We use a payroll company and direct deposit is available. We are looking for someone with professional painting experience. You must have at least six months recent work history with a painting company. Starting pay is based on experience and after your experience is proven we will adjust. We are looking for the RIGHT person, not any person. We have a 10-12 man team, all of whom have been here for years, aside from 2 newcomers that started a couple of months ago. We have a lot of work now and coming up.
