Painter Quality Precision Painting Ocala, FL 34475 Job Summary I am seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential painting, with a strong understanding of color theory This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects. Owning your own Paint Sprayer is a plus. Pay depends upon skill and can be negotiated for the right person. I have a lot of work but need more help. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various painting tasks. Apply paint using airless paint spraying techniques as well as traditional methods. Renovate existing surfaces by repainting or refinishing as needed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups. Experience Proven experience in commercial painting is preferred. Familiarity with drywall installation and repair is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment. Understanding of color theory to assist in selecting appropriate paint colors for projects. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to execute projects effectively.
