The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, located at 455 Grand Bay Dr,Key Biscayne, FL, 33149 currently has the followingopportunity: Painter I (150000IT): Apply paint, stain and other finishes toproperty walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns,or rollers. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces forfinish coats. Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, wirebrushing, burning, or using water and/or abrasive blasting. Coversurfaces with appropriate material for protection during paintingand post appropriate paint signs. Clean up and store paint andpainting tools and equipment in appropriate areas. Coordinate withvendor in order to modify colors of paint, stain, or varnish.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, orinjuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensureuniform and personal appearance are clean and professional,maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protectcompany assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs,assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence toquality expectations and standards. Reach overhead and below theknees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move upand down a ladder. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varyingsize and weight. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objectsweighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand,sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform otherreasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
