Skilled Labor Wanted:

Painting, wall Repairs, Pressure compensation: $20/25h Depending on the experience We’re looking for a skilled and reliable individual to assist with a variety of tasks on a renovation project in South Miami. Main responsibilities include interior and exterior painting, support with light installations, pressure cleaning, wall and ceiling repairs, stucco patching, and assisting with wall finishing work. Additional duties include surface prep, trim painting, and general site cleanup. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable using tools, ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor conditions. Interior/exterior painting (primary focus) Stucco patching and minor wall finish repairs Pressure washing Drywall and ceiling repair Millwork and trim painting Tools and materials provided Must have your own transportation Paid hourly (rate based on experience)

Requirements:
