We are a very busy painting company that paints over 600 homes per year. After each home is painted there are warranty issues that arise. We are in seek of a experienced quality painter that is able to go in and fix all of the warranty painting that is needed. Here is how the job works…. You show up in the office every morning to get your work orders for the day. You will stop at the paint store to get the materials listed on your paperwork. You will go to each call and complete each call with a signed work order from the homeowner. You bring your work orders back to the office and repeat the following day. This is a very detail oriented position. You must be a good painter and have extensive knowledge of the painting industry. You must be experienced in all of the different lines of paints from each manufacturer as you will be making several stops through the day to get materials. You must be able to climb ladders and withstand the heat for exterior calls. You must be able to get on roofs. You must speak English and be able to read and write English. Additional requirements. You must have a valid Florida drivers license with up to date auto insurance. (This will be verified) You must have dependable transportation with the ability to carry certain ladders. Truck or a van with ladder racks. You must be clean cut and drug free. You will need to provide your own hand tools such as brushes, caulk gun, cut pots, roller set ups and drops as well as basic hand tools like a 5&1 and screwdrivers. We offer a tool allowance to replace what you use. Most important.

The warranty schedule is made 10 days in advance and we keep a very tight schedule. We run on the average 25 calls per week. If you are someone who is known to miss work and miss days and be sick often then this is not the position for you. It’s best to get that out in the open now. If you miss days, you will not last in this position. Starting pay is based on experience. All milage and tolls are reimbursed to you weekly. Please if you are interested in this position.
