un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Painter Wanted For Real Estate Investor (Lake worth) ‹ image 1 of 2 › compensation: $20-$25 We are an extremely busy real estate, home remodeling company that buys, flips, remodels homes for various hedge funds and investors thru out Florida. Right now they are buying in south Florida palm beach areas Some are remodeled to rental ready and some are for retail selling . We have licensed Roofers, GC, electricians and hvac. We are seeking painters for residential homes . Must know how to replace rotted fascia wood and/or wood putty repairs too. Must have own tools and a sprayer ! Pressure washer too to get all the dirt off. Must cut straight lines and take pride in your work. All homes are vacant and have water/ electricity. Must be reliable and have OWN transportation. If you do drugs or an alcoholic , don’t even apply , you won’t be hired! Starting pay is $20-$25 hourly and can also be done piece work estimated at $20-$25 hourly x estimated time to complete a task. Must have zelle or Venmo and must speak English. You will be w9.
