The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction painting and possess a variety of skills that contribute to the overall quality of our projects. This role involves working on various job sites, applying paint and finishes to a range of surfaces, and ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality and safety. Both interior and exterior projects will be taken on. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed. Apply primer and/or paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Perform small drywall repairs as part of the painting process. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks related to painting and finishing. Conduct caulking to seal joints and gaps for a finished look. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites. Requirements Some experience in painting. Proficiency in using power tools and equipment related to painting tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship. Comfortability with working on ladders. Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different project requirements.
