⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Experienced Exterior Condo Painter (Clearwater) compensation: Based on experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Experienced Exterior Condo Painter 25 year old established and steadily busy painting contractor, with an excellent reputation, is looking to immediately hire an experienced exterior painter. This position mainly entails working on projects such as townhome communities, condo buildings, etc. within Pinellas County. Must have good spray skills, and be comfortable working from extension ladders. Boom lift & swing stage experience a plus. This is a permanent full-time employee position. We DO NOT hire subcontractors. Work week is Monday-Friday 7:30-4, no nights or weekends. We offer competitive pay (based on your experience and abilities) with a sign on bonus at 90 days. Holiday pay, bonus program and other compensation also available after 90 days. Paid vacation available after 1 year.
Requirements:
