Role:
I’m currently a one-person operation looking to build a small, reliable team. I’m hiring one strong, dependable individual to join me on residential exterior painting and staining jobs. This could grow into a full-time position or even a crew lead role for the right person. You’ll be working directly with me, hands-on, and learning the trade as we go.
What I’m Looking For:
Someone dependable, respectful, and motivated to work hard Experience with painting or staining is a bonus, but not required Comfortable on ladders and working outdoors in Florida’s heat Attention to detail and takes pride in doing good work Punctual, communicative, and willing to learn Has drivers license
