SCOPE/SUMMARY:
We are looking for a very Experienced Powdercoat Painter to operate the equipment that paints the product on the Flextrude Paint Line.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Responsible for the performance of activities in the Powder Coating of Aluminum Extrusions Accountable for painting, identifying and resolving problems. An important element of the role is to ensure all material being painted is done correctly according to the customer’s order Paint products using specified paint, meeting required cosmetic, and customer requirements Verify paint application on parts using blueprints, and following company standards, knowledge of powder coating booths is helpful but not necessary Continued participation in paint booth education Will be trained in mill thickness gaging, in using Icontrol and PLCs Responsible for maintaining and replacing paint booth parts Will be involved in other duties including cleanup and inventory counts Maybe required to operating the forklift safely.
