RESPONSIBILITIES

FUNCTIONS
Prepares surfaces by pressure washing, scraping, sanding, using commercial paint removers, fill cracks and holes. Determines equipment, material requirements and requisitions from approved suppliers. Mixes or has supplier mix paints for desired colors. Erects baker scaffold, ladders and safety barriers in line with Safety procedures, covers floors and furnishings to provide adequate protection. Paints lines or symbols on floors and parking lots as required. Records time involved on work order to complete requests. Performs other tasks as assigned by Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
