Job Description:

The Painter Helper will assist lead painters in preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and maintaining tools and equipment. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to learn a trade and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

Assist with surface preparation (e.g., sanding, scraping, masking) Set up and clean up job sites Load and unload materials and tools Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas Follow safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience is a plus but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Punctual, dependable, and hardworking Valid driver’s license preferred Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome (Se aceptan personas que hablen español)
