The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial painting and renovation projects, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This role requires proficiency in various painting techniques and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on diverse projects. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and airless paint spraying equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. Perform drywall installation and repair as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. Assist in renovation projects, ensuring all work meets safety standards and quality expectations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to client specifications. Skills Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics. Experience with commercial painting techniques and color theory. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of airless paint spraying methods for efficient application. Ability to perform welding tasks as required for specific projects. Familiarity with drywall installation, repair, and finishing processes. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
