Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and the ability to work on a variety of projects. As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. We are looking for 1099 subcontractors to work with us. This will not be a W-2 position with a set work hours and salary pay.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces and apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Mix paints and stains to achieve desired colors and textures Perform caulking and trim carpentry tasks to ensure a polished finish Conduct drywall repairs and plastering as needed Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
