The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial painting and cleaning, with the ability to lead a team and ensure high-quality finishes on all projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Leads will be responsible for overseeing painting and cleaning projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work meets our company standards and client expectations. Free Team Lead Training Class this Saturday 04/26/2025 9am-5pm at Comfort Inn Suites 5200 Peachtree Industrial Blvd Peachtree Corners Ga 30071. Must complete training class to be considered for Team Lead positions. Please bring your photo ID, resume, pen and paper. Class will fill up fast. We will close the class once we have reach capacity. Doors open at 8:45am. Duties Supervise and coordinate painting and cleaning projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers equipment. Clean fast and efficiently. Interpret schematics and project plans to determine the scope of work required. Communicate with property management and complete daily productivity reports. Train and mentor junior painters and cleaners. Also, assistants in proper techniques and safety protocols. Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards. Maintain an organized workspace and manage inventory of supplies. Experience Proven experience in commercial and residential painting and cleaning projects. Familiarity with drywall repair, restoration techniques, and turnkey. Knowledge of construction site safety practices and regulations. Ability to schedule jobs daily and be on time. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
