Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Painter, you will play a critical role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and value of our apartment complex. You will work closely with our maintenance and property management teams to refresh interiors and exteriors, ensuring our residents feel at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes, and priming as needed Apply paint, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and trim Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) Communicate effectively with team members and residents as needed
Requirements:
Previous painting experience preferred (residential or commercial) Strong attention to detail and a steady hand Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and stand for long periods Basic knowledge of painting tools and equipment Call outs incase of an emergency Help with make readies
